Lisa Cabral, MD

My journey into holistic health began with a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. As a board certified physician, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact that lifestyle factors can have on overall well-being.   Driven by a desire to offer more comprehensive and personalized care, I first pursued additional training in holistic health coaching and nutrition. I received my Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) certification issued by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Then, I furthered my training through the Institute of Functional Medicine, where I completed their Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) program, further enhancing my ability to support individuals on their journey to holistic wellness.   I believe I bring a unique blend of medical expertise and holistic healing principles to empower individuals on their journey toward optimal health.
